And the Winner Is…

Contests are a great way to create new and existing customer engagement, collect more detailed consumer data information, and enhance your brand.  Depending on the type of contest you create, you have the opportunity to focus on certain demographics of customers like Millennials, Gen X, and Boomers.

Social media contests have the ability to increase your brand awareness by:

  • Boosting social media engagement
  • Collecting demographic information from existing customers
  • Growing your customer email list
  • Opening doors to gain new customer from existing customers

The key to any successful contest is to be unique, creative and allow the USER to interact with your brand in a fun and experiential way.  The CONSUMER needs to drive the viral interaction of the contest and create unique, user engagement.

For example, let’s say you want your customers to create a new ice cream flavor for summer. At The High Road Agency, we can take elements of your brand and explain to users how to create their version of an ice cream recipe based on your contest. Customers could take photos and post them on your social media page, recipe ideas, etc.  The winner could receive free ice cream every week throughout the summer – and those results posts as well to create even more user interaction after the contest is over.

Let us help grow your brand and customer base through fun and rewarding contests – reach out to Matt (matt@thehighroadagency.com) to see how your company can invest in a winning contest-driven, marketing strategy.
