PROJECT INFO

The Battle at Bristol was staged at Bristol Motor Speedway, and saw the University of Tennessee take on Virginia Tech in the biggest college football game in history. With an estimated 156,000 fans present, it was a truly incredible spectacle and we are proud to have been involved!

We were the ‘Social Media Team’ for the week. Our team consisted of around 6 members each day, and our goal was to broadcast the event through social media. We focussed on relaying the fan experience through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. We had some of the team in the stands posting and responding to each social platform, and we had others in and around the track capturing as many special moments as we could!

We were tasked with producing highlight videos for the end of each day – some focussing on the Live Music events leading up to the game, and others focussing on engaging with the Tennessee and Virginia fans that had travelled through to Bristol.

Along with the social and video, we also provided some creative for the event. This time in the form of animated GIF’s to post to social media while the game was going on – these can be seen below along with some of our favorite images and video from the week.
