Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion has been tremendously successful over the past two decades and in 2019 the Birthplace of Country Music decided they wanted to take fundraising to the next level. With a goal of energizing their brand, while also raising monies for the organization, they asked The High Road Agency to design a campaign to accomplish both objectives.
Project summary
Deemed the “Bristol Sessions Super Raffle,” which included cars, ATVs, an RV, and dozens more prizes worth $250,000, High Road created a campaign that included an e-commerce website so that raffle tickets could easily be purchased, as well as billboards, traditional television commercials, and banners for point of sale locations at Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion. The campaign also included rack cards, stage design, design and production of t-shirts, custom-wrapped lottery ball machines, and live social posting of the winners.
A total of 5,000 raffle tickets were available for purchase for $100 each. High Road was proud to be part of a wildly successful campaign that led to 99 percent of the available tickets being sold and the Birthplace of Country Music exceeding their fundraising goals.

“In 2019 the Birthplace of Country Music launched a huge fundraising initiative—the Bristol Sessions Super Raffle. We worked closely with the High Road Agency to develop marketing materials for the campaign including design elements, a website, and print materials.
